Never worked out that way for me. TBF, there are guys here on APC who swear up and down they’re able to do it AND it doesn’t exhaust them. I wanna know what their supplement/drug stack is.

I have no idea how they do it. Makes me think I live in a simulation and those guys are NPC’s programmed to make me feel like my work life is one big gaslighting session.

1) I’ve found it’s literally impossible to do the >170 TFP thing except during the summer with two or more weeks of vacation in that month. 2) Otherwise, trying to get more than 140 in a month kills me. I end up sick and making tons of mistakes and filing lots of ASAP’s.

That supplement/drug stack is our contract. Just as Scheduling can screw us left and right, if you think outside the box, you can screw them too.

All starts with what kinda lines you bid for. If you're like some of my buddies who will fly dense and high block lines just to get a specific layover, and then complain how they're not legal for anything, well... it's kinda self-inflicted.

You can always lose a trip in the overlap by forcing illegality. There goes a 3-day or a 4-day. Use ELITT to create space during high demand times - usually weekends.

Here's another useful tidbit that works when they're fat on reserves and only award straight - pay attention to STC'd trips with multiple DH's attached. Putting those back together can and often does pay better than premium.

When we're fat on reserves, trade with a junior commuter for his/her reserve block and put a PASS. Decent chance you won't fly. You can check RCO's ahead on SWAPA website.

And now I broke the rules of the Fight Club.
