The discussion in this thread has been that the union should lock in day trips because that’s the only thing keeping anyone at allegiant.

Negotiations to achieve a guaranteed min percentage of day trips is completely different and potentially attainable. So long as the company doesn’t see the day trips affecting their ability to adapt to future needs. Just don’t expect the percentage to be very high.

Getting the company to agree to the current percentage of day trips in contract is a fairy tail.
