The flying between the 737 and 320 aren’t really that different across most bases. The 320 is a more modern and comfortable cockpit, but the 737 is a much larger fleet and provides more opportunities to build a desirable line. The 737 goes to a few more places like the islands, but for the most part both fleets cover the same ground. Senior trips are pretty good, junior trips aren’t. The 737 is definitely the growth fleet, but as the 321XLR shows up there will be some growth on the bus side and they will begin to go more places that the current 320 fleet can’t. Just determine where your emphasis is. Do you care what you fly, or are you more concerned with bidding options?
