I hope they do as well. Achieving PS in the JCBA is gonna come down to union education and pilot group surveys/expectations. Saying we won't get it publicly WILL cause it to become a self-fulfilling prophecy as it lets the union off the hook from the heavy lifting and has pilots resign themselves to that reality before surveys, which will be reflected in the survey data.

I recommend we push the union and educate our peers on what the average value is of PS, so they understand how much they are losing by placing it low on surveys.

Our peers all get the same 24 paychecks a year we get. They also on an average year get a bonus that can pay college tuition or a new motorcycle or a bathroom remodel or a new deck. Whatever... Sometimes it's enough to pay cash for a new car...
