Got an interview here and at SWA coming up. I'd live in base for both. Trying to put together a pro/con list for both just in case I have the option. Anyone have insight?
Figure out what works for you. Try and speak with a pilot at both airlines or better yet more than one pilot at each airline. It's hard to get to know the financials and pilot contracts at multiple airlines. Once you have a solid understanding decide what is best for you and your family.
