I fully expect our JCBA to reflect that sad reality. If you think we will get anything more than a JCBA fitting for a bottom barrel, cowardly, short sighted pilot group represented by an extremely lazy union, you will be very disappointed.
Honestly unsure what you wanted. If we had PS, would you have voted yes on this TA?

This was advertised as a short term financial raise in order to get us financial incentives now vs waiting for JCBA. If we did go labor dispute, and if we voted this down, and the company didn't come back to the table until JCBA, what would your reaction have been? I voted yes. I watched the alpa videos, talked to guys on the line, talked to ALPA reps who were flying the line as well, and I voted yes. Take the money now, and negotiate for a good JCBA. I have multiple items that I will not vote YES unless we get them in the JCBA. For me personally on this TA, it wasn't worth giving up a raise now when the company could and probably would drag it's feet over the next year while we're still making less than the rest of the industry. I'd have rather gone to a labor dispute over the holidays and pushed the company harder, but once the TA was out, it was too late, so I felt it was this or give up the gains until we negotiate a full contract in 2 years. The income lost from shooting this down wouldn't have been worth it IMO.
