At the roadshow today the panel was asked why they didn’t try and alter 23.m.7.
answer:
1) there is a grievance against how the company is utilizing 23.m.7
2) “we weren’t given direction to change it. We were told to address RR and we did through other ways.”
Neither of those seemed very satisfying to me, although I’m certain we all get rich off that grievance
Good to know, it’ll be the first thing I put on the next survey. And I know some of y’all will jump all over “the next contract is 10 years away” bandwagon, but knowing that we didn’t ask for it and that’s why it wasn’t addressed Allows us to know what to turn focus on the next time around. Fixing things and clawing back out contract one piece at a time.
