Granted, in the end it’s purely subjective per the individual’s circumstance living at base or one stop, two step commuting, day sleeper, night owl, kids in bed, Yellowstone, etc. Not much here at Atlas is consistent schedule wise (74) and it sounds like I may be complaining which I am not since I was curious with no care - thanks for the various inputs to the 07z movement, definitely more insight to my normal “what the” has changed now. At least I now can create a canned answer! I have been schooled because I’m not gifted. Cheers.
It has benefited me twice now. I am CVG based and routinely finish out the pairing with a NGO-CVG flight that usually gets in around 12:30am local/05:30(04:30)UTC. Twice that flight has delayed a few hours and gotten me in after 0700UTC for the extended day. Granted, it was only an extra 2 hours, but it didn't cost me anything other than getting home at 5am instead of 1am.
