I'm about to take the AON assessment. Been using cut-e and practicing on medium/hard. Some of the times I do well on them and other times not so much. Anyone know what kind of scores delta is looking for on these? Are they lookin at each individual game score, or taking the average of all of them? I read earlier on this thread some people saying the games are more just extra and the only thing that actually matters is the personality test, but not sure how true that statement is. The scoring on the practice sites is arbitrary and has no bearing upon how Delta scores it. The general consensus is as you said in that the personality traits test is what matters, but nobody really knows that with any certainty. Do the best you can on the games and be as honest/consistent as possible for the personality portion. Just take your time and try not to game the game when answering the questions. Avoid extremes when it makes sense.
If it matters, I thought I did poorly on the sudoku and flying the tube sections and still got hired.
