Odd, when NK pilots say how young their pilots are, and that seniority progression will be nothing in terms of retirements, I don't see you taking issue with those comments.
My merger committee WILL have the data, and they will show it clearly to the arbitrator. And I have seen a combined list with retirement dates on it, so the data is out there.
I tell a the younger FOs I fly with they should go somewhere else for better progression. And point me to that list. The only thing I have is the number we will be at retirement, not DOB.
