Definitely not true. People are leaving because you can upgrade in a year or less at legacy and make 4 times the pay vs here and people FINALLY realize it will be years before the company offers industry standard passes. Sure you can critique the union but it's a moot point, we will get a contract when the company wants to pay standard or is forced to. Hint, it will be the latter.
