Technically they don’t have to raise any seat by percentages. Rather than increase everyone X% or captains X% plus some value, they could simply put what ever value that they want on every piece of equipment and seat. I don’t see it happening, but they can negotiate any rate that they want to for every block on the rate table.
Which is why I said, as the contract is written. Of course our esteemed NC can come up with whatever they like and hope to sell it to us.
