This^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Utah is wonderful is you like outdoor stuff. The skiing is second to none, and the golf is vastly underrated. Hiking, camping, fishing... all that is great. But they will try to indoctrinate your kids into the 'church'. It is not subtle either. Wanna join boy scouts? sorry, that meets at the stake house and you ain't allowed in unless you are a member. Pull up a map of SLC. There is a Mormon stake house literally 1 mile in every direction. I would highly advise that if you are thinking about it, go rent for awhile and see if it works for you
