And given that the company refuses to discuss QoL issues (the main reason most CAs are leaving), there's no indication that this situation will change at any time in the future. Unless the majors and LCCs stop hiring. That's the only thing that will realistically address the imbalance.
Oh come on...QOL is not the main reason CA's are leaving. Until the hiring stops up top there is nothing that the regionals can do to stop the bleeding. No amount of money, no "QOL" improvements are going to override a seniority number.
