I see you posted the ALPA comparison from a few years ago..
but last year when our union posted the (failed) Tumi TA comparison guide, they had this chart in there-

If you notice, we were proposing a different ratio at lower years.

As has already been stated, this probably won’t mean much for THIS contract. But it is good to discuss as this may come up again, in the future.

Reading the posts on other Airline Groups (really interesting one over on the SouthWest group) there will be no doubt that this year (baring a major world crisis) will be telling for all airlines. How long can carriers continue to lose pilots they trained, or not attract what they want?
