So they're wanting to see which applicants have other offers and end up bailing within the 90-120 day waiting period? Thereby filtering out the unfortunate few that don't have multiple offers. They're assuming, those willing to wait are not, "competitive or desirable enough", for the other airlines to hire. At which point they offer them a CJO with the assumption that these applicants don't have a better option and will stick around for a while......?
