All you do is change reserve days for FOs in a fully staffed base and send them on a DH to the base that lost the FOs… then the next month, you TDY. Too many advantages from home every night for the company. Op integrity, get homeitis, and easier recrew for IROPS, just look at PVU and IWA and how the symbiosis stops it from being a full blown meltdown every day.
