I never said come "kneel before Zod" or some BS like that. Simply on my jet, if you're on the jumpseat, I want you to come see me and I am going to check your credentials. How hard is that for you to understand?
You want to play fast and loose and laissez-faire with your charge? that's solely up to you.
Again, this has never been an issue in 2+ decades. So not sure why you are trying to make one of it.
And that's where you are wrong. Cabin JS do not need a captain's permission. That was changed a while ago. The FOM says that they only should introduce themselves. That's IT. It doesn't matter how many decades you have in 121 operations if you can't understand your own policies.
