Probably not, so I think this is a weak attempt at publishing something that the MEC had no real interest in doing in the first place in an attempt to placate the 'no' voters. IMHO it is a disservice that the MEC didn't want these released prior to commencement of voting because they are all in on this TA. After talking to two of the ATL reps, I have no doubt that they would do anything to ensure passage. I guess what bothers me is that they essentially withheld information. So why even bother with memrat? Let's just go back to the days before we had it.
As a newer pilot here I actually liked that the only initial reading available was the TA and markups. It forced me to go through all the language first, ask questions about it and come to my own conclusions. The Negotiator Notepads and following Pro/Con papers added perspective and background which was all welcome after I read the TA itself.
