Schedule your interview with B as soon as you can while honoring your commitment to A’s training schedule. And if that first opportunity doesn’t present itself until you’re off IOE, so be it. But I’ve never heard of a pilot going from day 1 of indoc through IOE without a single Mon-Fri day off in there somewhere.
The problem though is that there were very few interview day options available. I don't have my actual training schedule yet for A, but I'm sure the date of tyhe scheduled interview is a day in training.
