idk about most, but I’m sure some do. I assume most numbers above 100-150 are associated with an injury or major illness.

I think I’d rather have your PTO system than our sick time. (You guys get 6 hours a month added to your bank, correct?) but I think our system is better than UA or AA who get 5 hrs a month but don’t get to use it as PTO, just sick time.
