23.L.4.note is irrelevant now. ALL reroutes pay 150% day one, and 200% day two and beyond. ALL of them. AND, upon transiting your domicile, you must be either returned to your original rotation, or released. It doesn’t matter when the trip became uncovered. They all pay. So what does it matter?
