I would tend to agree, but Delta has set the rate based on a semi-forced hand by mediation. There's no where to go if your mgmt and have tell the truth to wall street about the revenue environment. How do you fill your vacancies this year without a contract? How do you get through a record summer without the support of the pilots? Kirby knows this and conceded the day the Delta AIP came out. He knew the game was up and called it a pass through expense. I'm cautiously optimistic
