Don't forget: the more pilots they need/hire, you move up in seniority possibly holding a line, or UPGRADE as things move!!!
A LOT of pilots don't see it this way. "Short sighted" Not to say picking up ONE HERE OR THERE is bad, just don't get crazy!!!
The best are the one who do it when there are pilots on the street paying COBRA for their kids...
