Yeah, I've seen junior line-holders purposely bid reserve but not really from anybody that is senior. The flaw in that plan is that seniority only means something in your group. If somebody has more hours than you so far in the month, you will be used before the other guy regardless of how senior you are. At the end of the month everybody has roughly the same amount of usage.
