Top Men are claiming that 401k and pay effective date at date of hire are in APA’s updated proposal. One Top Man claims the ask even includes retro for those particular items.
From the company's perspective that could be pretty smart; would potentially increase the percentage of junior folks that vote for a TA. Same thing they tried to do with vacation pay for the senior guys in the last one.
