I know you don't believe that, but I have seen the results of that over and over. When you upgrade after a long time in the right seat, your decision making skills have atrophied right along with those flying skills. If you choose the 765, go into it knowing that what I am speaking is the truth. If you go to the ER, you will have to opportunity to go fly both international to some really good destinations (eventually) and get lots of reps on the 757 (which is a really fun airplane to fly.)

tifwiw.... you have a nice quandry
And now add to that NHs on the 350 (soon to become the junior WB in that pay band) and 330. Agree with your domestic recommendation and I would add that the key to feeling somewhat comfortable in an Airbus is repetition, especially if one has never flown FiFi...and even more so on the 350 and I suspect it will be a challenge for them to get those reps as a NH on the 330/350.

Been through CQ once with someone who bragged how little he had flown. Cool achievement but he really didn't need to say anything. One of those "tell me you haven't flown without telling me you haven't flown" situations. He got to repeat day 1 of CQ and I didnt know that was even possible. 🤣
