Absolutely. But at least on the ER you have the opportunity to go fly some domestic. I was on the 7ER when we had separate domestic/international categories. Big bad ass international pilot. Then the categories got combined and I had to go fly that POS 757 OMG a DOMESTIC airplane!!! (which I actually loved flying). Because of just what you said, my skills were atrocious. Fortunately I had backslid to the right seat after the closure of DEX so my decision making skills were still pretty tight when I upgraded again, but the slowdown was apparent even to me.
