Well, for starters the reroute rules. They pay you more, and when you touch base, you go back to your awarded schedule or they send you home PAY PROTECTED. This includes reserves, and gives them a choice to stay on or get released.
Percentages of trips that have to be shorter. (Edit: excluding summer months and small BES).
No multiple sub 12 hour layovers in a row, I had many last summer (one specific 5 day with 2 sub 12, a sub 11, and a sub 13).
Protections if you are rerouted past your release time for commuters to get home or a hotel if you can’t that night.
And since you said don’t just use $$ I Will not go into (much) the new sit rigs, the 0000-0200 carve out, the reserve into line holder month carve out (edit: this isn’t about money put it in the wrong spot) and all that.
It does not fix everything. Not even close. But to say they did nothing makes you sound like you are grinding an axe.
