you can pick up in base open trips on reseve whenever barring 117 legal. Out of base on reserve you can pick up 3 days prior. You cannot pick up pilot 2 pilot but if they leave their contact on the pilot 2 pilot you can text them and ask if they can direct trade it to you, can’t directly pick up a p2p
