Don't think mgmt will care much. Wasn't it Gordon Bethune (while running Continental) saying he could run quite a profitable airline if all the employees were on 5yr contracts. I think that's the general sentiment of all airline mgmt, if able to replace with younger, cheaper labor, well that's a bonus.
