I had my phone interview on Tuesday. It lasted about 15 minutes or so. As advertised, basically going through my resume, failed checkrides, accident/incidents, verification of my passport, medical, and ATP dates, and "Why Spirit"? I received an invitation on the phone to fly down to FLL for the in-person interview.
