That would require the buy-in of the APA guys who would exact a price for it, most likely the ability to flow back down so any furloughs occurring anywhere in AAG would all come from the WOs, but it would also largely lose AAs ability to hire military and pilots from other regionals and ULCCs, both of which AA is reluctant to give up. And that would eventually add about three or four years longevity to EVERYONEs pay for the 1-12 year pay, which would be enormously expensive for AAG. It ain’t impossible, but it’s unlikely.
