American flies to 178 destinations compared to the 260 that United flights to. United doesn’t even make up more than 50% of all of the flying out of ORD. United and the other majors are already hiring 23 year old social media influencers with barely enough time, and need 3000 more pilots, along with the thousands the other big 4 need.

It’s okay, you don’t have to believe everything Kirby says. The Tumi TA wasn’t the best you’d get, and United isn’t going to go into every hub for every airline and just….force all the competition out. Have a bigger presence? Sure. Create a situation that forces the other to 5 airlines to shrink? Get real.
