no matter how old our contract is….it is still better than nearly everyone else. I mean look at the latest thread about SW pilots applying, they are well aware of what’s going on here and they are still coming. Same with Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue, these pilots aren’t ignorant.

Most of these individuals know we will get a contract soon and don’t see the struggle WE have been going through because to them the old contract is extremely temporary.
Well, there may be some truth to that.. BUT-
How many decide to jump ship after getting here (so we have lost training capital in them)?
How many interview with both us and Delta and choose to go there?
What type of individual does choose to interview here..?

IF we don’t get a ILC23 by June, what does that say about the culture of our company? Will quality pilots want to try us or will they try Delta?

There ARE a lot of unknowns.. but let’s say we don’t have a ILC23 by the summer.
We will get through the summer. Have before, will again.
But
Hypothetically speaking-
If we still make 2 Billion in 3rd quarter. Great.
But would we have made 4 Billion IF we had been treated with Dignity & Respect?
What damage to both our public reputation and the relationship between Management/Pilots will have been done?

Only one person has the ability to make that decision.
