I also said all the airlines I listed have better pay AND QOL work rules. And yes we have new hires coming from those airlines but it is 1-2 a class, not 30+ like regional pilots. I'm not sure why you're trying to defend our decade old contract that is now severely lacking industry wide.

there’s nothing to defend we are filling all our seats every week from airlines all over the industry. Clearly we have something new pilots want. What do you suppose that is?
oh and by the way, this decade old contract that is “severely lacking” was up for renewal in 2015 unfortunately our pilot group took the money and ran. So if you were in the group that voted yes for that pay raise extension, please tell me why you let this “severely lacking” contract continue for another 4 years? I was a NO vote on that by the way.
