partly true. However, what we really need are corporations that are
genuinely courageous. What if United, et al, held color-blind and gender-blind interviews? That arrangement would truly
"lead the way." DEI hurts the very people that it purports to help. Seems to me the best way to end racial and sexual discrimination is to stop discriminating based on race and gender. Call me crazy! BTW, whoever brought up the sentiments of the late, great Booker T. Washington - you're spot on. He is a man whose greatest contributions are largely ignored by today's progressives. How sad.
