Look, UA isn’t the only airline targeting minorities. They all are looking for qualified minority candidates. UA just made it public, much to the dismay of most of you . If you’re an African American, Latino ,Middle Eastern,or any other minority and you’re “ qualified “ , come talk to us . What’s wrong with that ? Are all of the pax on your plane, paying your salary all Caucasian? Of course not so why should the pilots be all Caucasian?
It’s a touchy subject no matter how you spin it . A lot of old timers and people with different views of minorities don’t like it . That’s the way it’s been since the end of slavery and it will be that way until this world comes to an end or your judgement day comes , which ever comes first .
And if your hatred for a certain group of people is the only thing that stops you from getting into the pearly gates when that times comes , then it will suck to be you . I don’t hate anyone but I have a strong distain for racist people. It’s wasted energy. Getting mad over things you can’t control.
Maybe a black dude banged these guys ol lady or got their daughter pregnant 😂 I don’t know but to have that much hatred towards people and not wish success on others is bad karma in my opinion.
