You’re making an argument no one is having. It’s not racist to say that a lesser accomplished candidate who is hired based on their race shouldn’t be hired over someone who is more accomplished. Whether that’s actually happening, who knows.
If we don’t know that it’s actually happening then this entire thread is based on the assumption that people of color are inherently less qualified…..which is inherently racist. Otherwise, why have this discussion at all?
