Sounds like they didn’t interview well…

I know someone if you have taken a look at their resume, it looks great on paper…. But when it came tech portion, they could do basic 3 to 1 math or did bother studying the packet that they sent him.

He wondered why he didn’t get a TBNT…..

Just remember, because someone looks good on paper. Doesn’t always translates to showing up with their a minimum of a A- game for their interview….
