Hey inbound FOs. I don't have any insider info but wanted to share my experience thus far so you could hear first hand where training schedules are. I went to indoc 5 Dec and was told on day two training was getting backed up for CA upgrades. They initially said 27 Feb ground school start but mine got bumped a week to 5 Mar. I got confirmed into that class date today and just started CBTs. That's a 12 week break from indoc to ground school with one of those being a down week for the holidays. I know they are working to grow the size of training classes but it's only going to be as big as they can successfully train to OO standards.

Regardless of your thoughts on the overall loss of CAs and FOs over the past year, the company seems to be doing everything they can to balance the CA/FO ratio and doing right by the both current and future pilots. I know this doesn't do much to ease the nerves for those waiting to hear about start dates but maybe it'll help with expectation management. Best of luck.
