Short answer: yes. Anyone who made it into and passed Indoc (100% pass rate for my class) got paid the training rate while we waited. I think the rationale for it is that by the time the training pipeline started backing up in mid Nov, those of us with late Nov/early Dec Indoc dates had already given notice or left our other jobs. If they had changed our dates after we had done that, or furloughed us after Indoc, we would have been really screwed financially and/or lost all trust in them. This is why I feel like they are trying to do the right thing. I know it might not feel like it to people in other situations though.
