Agreed. I went last month after not going for a few years. First of all, Deep Ellum is ridiculous for parking. Paid $30 to park “all day”. Thought about leaving my vehicle there and ubering out of spite. Brisket was good, sides were ok, but it all felt pretty lame and not very Texas BBQ. They didn’t have sweet tea for crying out loud. I used to recommend that place. I won’t be going back.
