It is nice to hear youse guys discuss this rationally. I think you are doing as well as can be expected. (In your own name is the game) You just really can't trust the Co. to be fair. HR tries to hire Boy Scouts, which makes easy pickin's for those in management less inclined to keep their collective hands out of the till. Whom ever said "This isn't the old Delta" was spot on.
