Isn't this the name of the game regardless of which carrier you're at? Chasing the best QOL for your unique situation? Last time I checked, moving into a junior base is nothing unique to allegiant. How isn't this information available to a new hire? Is that a serious assertion? You realize that they generally are the younger type who ask all the questions online before they make the jump, right? Social media paints a far better picture than the trolls and bitter types that frequent these forums.

Anyone can find a utopia wherever they'd like. Utopia to you and I may look vastly different than to that of a new hires imagination. I just flew with a newer FO, 22*** number, he's got a line and is happy with his choice. Not everyone complains about everything in this life. I'm not telling anyone to stop painting their picture, the truth lies in the middle of opinions. Let's not act like that isn't the case.

Quit telling people who complain about how much they hate it here to leave given just how quickly they could get swooped up and find their "utopia"? Why would I ever stop encouraging them to seek happiness elsewhere. I don't see how the negativity of some opinions here does anything to help anyone. I'm harming others? Good grief, were you a junior high guidance counselor during the lost decade or what.


The only reason this guy wants you to come here folks is because if you don't he might not be senior enough tomorrow.
