No, that is NOT true. As long as its a PERSONAL DECISION to not to pick up OT, it's absolutely legal.

Thats exactly what happened at Frontier in late 2018, and absolutely nothing happened to any individual or their union. Spirit only got in hot water over that because there were guys publicly threatening others in a guised manner to not pick anything up via social media. Big difference.
