I'm guessing you're trying to draw attention to March 1st, 2018: When the TI-led MEC exchanged openers with the Company, with the intent to negotiate, conclude and execute an amended UPA no later than December 1, 2018; and further sought to reach agreement without the need for mediation services provided by the NMB?
