The real problem here isn't that we aren't making "Delta+10 money" or that we don't have reserve rules or days off like some of the legacies. It's that this management doesn't seem to really respect this pilot group enough to settle for BASIC INDUSTRY STANDARD. It doesn't have to be everything, but it needs to be most.
