This. The unsolicited advice about how much of a mistake giving up 3 weeks of seniority is low key patronizing. At this stage, everyone knows how seniority works at the airline level. Everyone's got their things going on in their own lives, and the ones giving up 3 weeks of seniority for their own personal reasons aren't stressing about uncontrollable factors in the future where 3 weeks may or may not make a difference.
