Recently got rated on the B767 at an ACMI with UPS is my dream airline to work at in the future, especially the prospect of flying the 747. I can say from experience, if you have a friend(s)/peer(s)/associate(s) write you an internal pilot recommendation(s), that can float your application to the top...of course, provided you've met all the minimum requirements. Else, demonstrated leadership stuff like CA and LCA on your resume can also boost your app.
